This lovely four-bedroom home is located in a residential area, yet minutes away from Camden and multiple parks. It’s spread across 4 different floors and it also comes with gardens, both in the front and back of the property. It also comes with large windows and wooden floors throughout the apartment giving ample natural light.
The entrance is located on the ground floor where guests will find a spacious and bright living area with modern and comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and armchairs, ideal for gatherings with friends or family. On the ground floor, guests will also find a toilet room and a terrace. The kitchen is located on the lower ground floor and it comes fully equipped and ready to be used. It opens up directly to the rear garden, ideal to relax and enjoy meals during warmer weather days. On this floor guests will also find a toilet room and a utility room with a kitchenette for added convenience. The 4 bedrooms are located on the first and second floor and they feature 2 king size beds and 2 double beds. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor where guests will also find two bathrooms with bathtubs. On the second floor, guests will have the master bedroom with a dressing room and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. All the bathrooms are clean and neat. The house offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Set in one of London’s trendiest locations, this home is next to the beautiful Primrose Hill area and to Hampstead and has grocery stores and cafes in easy reach. Regent’s Park, Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath are just a short walk away and the ZSL London Zoo will be a great getaway for the little ones. The house is in a residential part of town but it’s located in between two tube stations offering easy connection via tube and bus to London’s many diverse neighborhoods.
The terms and conditions of changing a confirmed reservation at this
particular property are:
For bookings within 30 Nights:
14 days’ notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for all
lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights
minus the number of days’ notice given. For example, if check-in is on
8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days’
notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply
(14 days – 5 days’ notice given = 9 night charge).
For bookings between 30 and 180 nights duration – 21 days notice prior
to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than
21 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 10
nights’ accommodation will be incurred.
For bookings of 180 nights duration and over – 60 days notice prior to
the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 60
days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 60
nights’ accommodation will be incurred.
This policy also applies to in-house guests should a stay need to be shortened.
