This lovely four-bedroom home is located in a residential area, yet minutes away from two different stations and multiple parks. It’s spread across 5 different floors and it also comes with a garden and a rooftop terrace. It also comes with large windows and wooden floors throughout the apartment giving ample natural light.
The entrance is located on the ground floor where guests will find a spacious and bright living area with modern and comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and armchairs, ideal for gatherings with friends or family. The dining area is located next to it and features a modern table seating all guests. On the ground floor, guests will also find a toilet room. The kitchen is located on the lower ground floor and it comes fully equipped and ready to be used. It opens up directly to the rear garden, ideal to relax and enjoy meals during warmer weather days. Two bathrooms are en suite to the master bedroom with a study room on the first floor. Three more bathrooms are located on the second floor, with 2 en suite. The kitchen area also features another sofa and comfortable armchairs and a dining table. On this floor, guests will find a bathroom with shower and a utility room. The 4 bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. Each bedroom can comfortably sleep 2 guests. Two bedrooms come with super king beds, one with a double bed, and the fourth one with 2 single beds. The third and top floor features a lounge room with a sofa and armchairs, a piano, and a football table. It also offers direct access to the rooftop terrace. Guests will find another bathroom on this floor. The house offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Set in one of London’s trendiest locations, this home is next to the beautiful Hampstead area and has grocery stores and cafes in easy reach. Regent’s Park, Primrose Hill are close by and Hampstead Heath is just a short walk away. The house is in a residential part of town but it’s located in between two tube and overground stations offering easy connection via tube and bus to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods.
The terms and conditions of changing a confirmed reservation at this
particular property are:
For bookings within 30 Nights:
14 days’ notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for all
lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights
minus the number of days’ notice given. For example, if check-in is on
8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days’
notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply
(14 days – 5 days’ notice given = 9 night charge).
For bookings between 30 and 180 nights duration – 21 days notice prior
to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than
21 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 10
nights’ accommodation will be incurred.
For bookings of 180 nights duration and over – 60 days notice prior to
the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 60
days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 60
nights’ accommodation will be incurred.
This policy also applies to in-house guests should a stay need to be shortened.
