This contemporary four-bedroom home can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. It has been recently refurbished to the highest standard with modern fittings and a stylish interior. There is a comfortable and bright living area and the kitchen comes fully equipped and fitted with state of the art appliances. There are two double bedrooms, a king room, and a bunk bedroom, and two bathrooms. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. Once a viewing is confirmed, we provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition.
This home has been recently redecorated in a classic, modern style, with new furniture and interiors. Each bed has a high-quality mattress and can sleep two guests. The living room can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, and the home offers plenty of space for all guests. There’s also a beautiful dining area and a fully fitted kitchen so the home is perfect for a family meal or Sunday brunch. The kitchen comes fully stocked and ready to be used. The 2 bathrooms are clean and neat and they come with a shower and a bathtub respectively. There is also a parking space for the home next to the house. The home is also provided with high-speed WiFi and offers lots of space should you want to get some work done. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.

Given the location of the home, most of Cambridge’s centre is in walking distance or a very short drive away. You’ll also be able to hail a Cambridge taxi or use Uber to get around.
The terms and conditions of changing a confirmed reservation at this
particular property are:
For bookings within 30 Nights:
14 days’ notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for all
lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights
minus the number of days’ notice given. For example, if check-in is on
8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days’
notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply
(14 days – 5 days’ notice given = 9 night charge).
For bookings between 30 and 180 nights duration – 21 days notice prior
to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than
21 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 10
nights’ accommodation will be incurred.
For bookings of 180 nights duration and over – 60 days notice prior to
the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 60
days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 60
nights’ accommodation will be incurred.
This policy also applies to in-house guests should a stay need to be shortened.
