The home is located in a lovely neighbourhood in Cambridge, close to Parker’s Piece picture-perfect Cambridge University Cricket Club and is walking distance from many of the town’s attractions such as the Bridge of Sighs, Kings College Chapel, the Fitzwilliam Museum and countless other attractions. The area around the home has a lot of cute local shops, culture and many great restaurants and coffee shops are close by. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe and has a lot of green spaces and small parks.
Given the location of the home, most of Cambridge’s centre is in walking distance or a very short drive away. You’ll also be able to hail a Cambridge taxi or use Uber to get around.
The terms and conditions of changing a confirmed reservation at this
particular property are:
For bookings within 30 Nights:
14 days’ notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for all
lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights
minus the number of days’ notice given. For example, if check-in is on
8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days’
notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply
(14 days – 5 days’ notice given = 9 night charge).
For bookings between 30 and 180 nights duration – 21 days notice prior
to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than
21 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 10
nights’ accommodation will be incurred.
For bookings of 180 nights duration and over – 60 days notice prior to
the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 60
days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 60
nights’ accommodation will be incurred.
This policy also applies to in-house guests should a stay need to be shortened.
