This lovely townhouse is spread across 3 floors, features a lovely patio and a private garage for bicycles and motorbikes. The home benefits from bright areas and a modern kitchen opening up to a private garden. The first and second floor come with three bedrooms and the fourth one is located on the ground floor.
This home has been recently refurbished in a modern style and benefits from new furniture and interiors. The kitchen is located on the ground floor and it comes fully equipped and ready for guests to use. It also comes with a dining table and opens up to a private garden, ideal to enjoy drinks or meals together during warmer days. Next to the kitchen, there is also a small toilet for guests added convenience. On this floor, guests will also find a cosy and narrow living room with a comfortable sofa and a mounted TV. This room can only seat up to 6 people comfortably. Just off the living room, guests will find the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Going up to the first floor, guests will find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, and the family bathroom with a comfortable bathtub. The last bedroom with a double bed is located on the second floor and it comes with a ceiling window making this room very bright. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done whilst visiting. The home also offers a garage for guests to park only bicycles and motorbikes, located on the ground floor next to the garden. The garage will not fit any type of car. If you do wish to use the garage please make sure that you are able to close the door as it can not be left open.

The terms and conditions of changing a confirmed reservation at this
particular property are:
For bookings within 30 Nights:
14 days’ notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for all
lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights
minus the number of days’ notice given. For example, if check-in is on
8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days’
notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply
(14 days – 5 days’ notice given = 9 night charge).
For bookings between 30 and 180 nights duration – 21 days notice prior
to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than
21 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 10
nights’ accommodation will be incurred.
For bookings of 180 nights duration and over – 60 days notice prior to
the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 60
days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 60
nights’ accommodation will be incurred.
This policy also applies to in-house guests should a stay need to be shortened.
